Nicole is a proud Angeleno, born and raised in the heart of South-Central Los Angeles. She is currently a rising third-year Narrative Studies major with a passion for storytelling, particularly focused on the voices and experiences of marginalized communities. Her perspective is shaped by her Latine identity, growing up in a city where whiteness dominates the narrative. Having never traveled to another state, this journey marks her first major experience exploring other parts of the country. She is excited to indulge in sweet treats and to explore how geography interlinks with identity, culture, and community.
