Absolutely grateful to have the opportunity of traveling with Andrew Chater for his New Orleans Maymester.
My name is Trelas Dyson IV and I am a recent graduate at USC having majored in Creative Writing with a minor in Cinematic Arts. I am an actor, a filmmaker and a creative with a love and passion for traveling, exploration, and FOOD.
I am quite interested in a lot of art and media that have been influenced by New Orleans and its culture, its aesthetic. But also, I couldn’t be more excited to take part in its music, the community, the cuisine, the art and its extensive history over the past century alone.
Hoping that I can take these rich experiences with me as I transition into adulthood, but I also hope to recapture my intense love for novels and fiction writing.
