Bonjour! Just kidding I am not French, but I do love Creole cuisine, Creole psycholinguistic effects, and the rich mythology of New Orleans. I am a rising Junior studying chemistry with a Japanese minor, so I don’t get to exercise my creative muscles all too much in school these days.

The majority of media exposure to New Orleans and the general Louisiana culture for me has been TV shows and movies like American Horror Story: Coven and The Princess and the Frog. A literature approach to understanding this world is necessary and something I am very excited for.
